The Malta Union of Bank Employees – MUBE is a partner in the FIBA-CISL project on ”Developing solidarity between generations of workers: good practices to increase employment rates of youth and of workers over 55”.  This project is funded by the European Union.

A workshop will take place in Italy in July 2012.   This workshop will cover the following topics:

• The labour market reforms in Europe
• Comparative analysis of the European regulatory framework
• The Good Practices: Partners experiences

• Intergenerational solidarity

There will also be presentations by representatives of the European Commission, UNI Europa and coordinators of national policies on Active Ageing.
