Stipulated by the Malta Union of Bank Employees – MUBE’s statute, the Annual General Meeting was held Thursday, 24 May 2012 at the Corinthia Palace Hotel, Attard.

Agenda was as follows:
• Approval of the last AGM minutes
• Annual Report
• Financial Report
• Confirmation of Group Committees
• Any other Business

MUBE President, Mr William Portelli, gave a presentation which highlighted the activities of MUBE during the year 2011.  The Financial Report for 2011 was presented and approved by members in attendance.
