MUBE 2015 AGM ELECTS NEW GENERAL SECRETARY WHO HAILS FROM THE BOV RANKS
AGM CONFIRMS MUBE’S CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH OF ITS ADMINISTRATION MEMBERS VOTE UNANIMOUSLY IN FAVOUR OF THE ANNUAL PRESIDENT’S AND AUDITOR’S REPORTS RECRUITED OFFICIALS PLEDGE THEIR COMMITMENT
MUBE held its Annual General Meeting yesterday in line with what is dictated by the Union’s statute obligations. The AGM chaired by the President of MUBE William Portelli confirmed a clean bill of health of the Union’s administration together with the Auditor’s financial report which were both voted for unanimously by the members present.
In addition to the Union’s statutory obligations, the AGM elected Jonathan Bruno who hails from the BOV ranks for the post of general secretary for a term of three years. Jonathan has been an MUBE member for the last 22 years and formed part of the MUBE-BOV group committee for the last two years. Jonathan has recently been seconded to the Union’s administration where he is already playing an integral part of the renewed Union’s secretariat. He is married with two children and is very much active within the Malta Motorsport Federation.
MUBE also confirmed the recruitment of new officials within the Union’s group committee set up that augurs well for the current and future wellbeing of MUBE.
