MUBE will represent it’s members during tribunals and disciplinary actions, and will furthermore provide bespoke legal services and support when required. MUBE members are entitled to free legal advice on any matter related to work from MUBE’s experienced legal team who share the Union’s commitment to constantly improve employment conditions, to fair treatment and to protecting the rights of individuals.

Any member requiring legal support should contact the Union representative who will raise the legal service request with the Union. MUBE’s experienced legal team will ensure that the member is always professionally represented by a lawyer who is a specialist in this area of law.
